Not far from Piazza Maggiore, in the historical area of the city, there is a comfortable residence that will satisfy your desire of peace and rest after a working day or the independence of the tourist who does not want to abandon the comforts of a real house. The flat is on the second floor (without lift) of a building dated 1600, recently restored and inaugurated in January 2006. It consists of a double and a single bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room; plus a mansard with a double and a single room, for a total of 6 beds (an extra bed is available on request). The restoration work gave the flat a precious finish and all the comforts of home: kitchenette, independent heating system, air conditioning (at summer time), hair dryer, iron and ironing board, refrigerator and a 20 inches colour TV in the bedroom. The flat’s facilities also include provisions, bed, bathroom and table linen. The kitchen is provided with the necessities for breakfast in the morning. Close to the residence there is also the pizzeria “Il Tari”, a food shop and a greengrocer, a couple of bars and two Internet points one of which offers free access.
