Served chilly, the rosé one is perfect with appetizers; the red one, at room temperature, is a classic ruby table wine which may be served throughout the whole meal. The “Selezione del Conte” also includes homemade pasta, such as orecchiette and cavatelli, preserves in oil (barbecued onions, sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, green olives) sauces such as the typical passata or the spicy chilly peppers preserve; and also olives pâté, artichokes, friselle, chick-peas and lentils. Tastes and flavours belonging to the most ancient past of Andria, produced according to tradition, selected wisely by those people who love their land and respect its natural rhythms.
